Jaclyn Winkel
Jaclyn Winkel is a workplace decoder, confidence builder, and soft-skills strategist. She’s the founder of Jac At Work, where she helps ambitious young professionals build the skills, credibility, and confidence they need to thrive in the workplace. Jac has deep experience in the business world, having spent most of her career at the Boston Consulting Group. She’s also worked across industries and org sizes from Teach For America, to Rothy’s (then a Series B startup), to venture capital, where she served as chief of staff. Across these roles, she noticed the same patterns: no matter the company or title, the people who rose fastest weren’t always the smartest, but the ones who mastered a core set of skills. That insight led her to start posting on social media two years ago, sharing everything she wished she’d known earlier in her own career. She now creates content, courses, and coaching that break down workplace skills in a way that’s practical and energizing. Jaclyn is a former D1 track & field athlete at Notre Dame, where she studied finance and peace studies. She has her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where she was president of The Good Life, a club focused on intentional, values-based living.
